Blank Forms is pleased to be a presenting partner at 2023's Press Play at Pioneer Works, their fourth annual weekend-long fair of books, small presses, records, art, ephemera, and publications of all kinds. Stop by our table and pick up a copy of the just-released Journal 09: Sound Signatures or a deep cut in our back catalogue.

We'll also be hosting a pair of live radio programs as part of the fair's programming, free to attend and broadcast by Montez Press Radio: on Saturday at 1 to 3 pm, journalist Mike Rubin and Lawrence Kumpf will survey the work of Theo Parrish, and on Sunday from 1 to 3 pm, we'll be joined by Ahmed Abdullah for a tour through his long and winding career as a bandleader and sideman, followed by a signing of his memoir A Strange Celestial Road: My Time in the Sun Ra Arkestra.
