Q: How do I become a Blank Forms member?

A: You can sign up for all Blank Forms membership levels at withfriends.

 

Q: I am a Friend-level member. How do I get my discounts to Blank Forms events?

A: If you are signed in to your member account on withfriends.co, your discounts on ticket sales will be automatically applied in checkout.

 

Q: I am an All-Access or Council member so I get free admission to all Blank Forms events. Can I just show up?

A: All-Access and Council members can attend all Blank Forms events for free, but they still have to confirm their attendance by signing into withfriends.co and “purchasing” a ticket for $0. If the show is sold out, we most likely cannot accommodate you due to capacity limitations.

 

Q: How do I get my member discounts on Blank Forms publications? 

A: Sign in to withfriends.co, click on “Manage my Benefits,” then click on “Shop Now” and make your purchase. Your discount will then be automatically applied at checkout. Still having trouble? This video might help.

 

Q: Will I be getting mail from Blank Forms?

A: Blank Forms sends all members complimentary copies of our biannual anthology. All-Access Members, Council Members and Subscribers will also receive all other Blank Forms books and records by mail as soon as they are released.

 

Q: If my mailing address changes, how do I update Blank Forms?

A: Please send us an email with your new address.

 

Q: Can I gift a membership to a friend?

A: Yes! There is a “Gift a Membership” button for each of the membership levels found here.

 

Q: I’m a student. Can I get a membership at a reduced price?

A: Yes. Send us an email with a valid student ID to sign up for a $75 Student Membership.

 

Q: How do I sign up for a Blank Forms Subscription?
A: Blank Forms Subscriptions are only available to purchase during our biannual Membership Drives. Subscribers get all of our book and audio releases, but do not get any other membership benefits.

 

Q: How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my membership?

A: Sign in to withfriends.co, click on “Manage my Benefits” and click on “Change Level” or “Cancel Membership” at any time.
